One of their core beliefs is not upselling dental care, which is counter to many of the common practices today. This strategy has helped them achieve consistent growth to the tune of 200 new patients a month per location.
Their real estate strategy revolves around finding highly visible locations with great neighbor tenants such as Starbucks.
