Mike Olson was originally a banker for the group that became known as DecisionOne Dental Partners.
He was recruited by them for his prominence in finance and knowledge of dental practice acquisitions. Mike talks about how he's seen the dental industry change and grow, and how real estate decisions affect the not only the success of the practice but also the sale process.
He tells us the story of how D1 started off with a single location and grew to 29 locations (currently 33) before it partnered with Smile Brands, who now support over 650 locations.
